Ember Island — Support
Restore a subscription
Open Ember Island, open the paywall or Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Notifications
Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Ember Island to allow reminders. Ember Island schedules reminders locally; they will not arrive if notifications are disabled for the app.
Change or reset your data
Open Ember Island Settings to review purchase access or reset everything. Resetting removes the local profile, check-ins, craving sessions and journal entries, but it does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ember Island. Billing and cancellation are managed by Apple.
