What Ember Island stores

Ember Island stores your profile, quit date, check-ins, craving sessions, journal entries and subscription entitlement on your device. This information is used only to provide the app’s features.

Data collection

We do not collect personal data. Ember Island has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK or social tracking. We do not receive your check-ins, journal text or craving history.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. Apple may provide the app with verified product, purchase status and expiration information. We do not receive your payment card details.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device after you grant permission. Notification content is not sent to our servers.

Deleting data

Use Settings → Reset everything to remove Ember Island’s local profile and history. Deleting the app also removes its local data. Apple keeps purchase history separately so an eligible subscription can be restored.
